Prima Medika Hospital received a visit from the Directorate of Competency and Standardization Development
Training Program for the Directorate General of Training Development and Productivity, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, on Tuesday 28 December 2022.
The agenda for the work visit received by the Board of Directors and the HR Division was to conduct a survey on the implementation of the implementation of the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in companies which are representatives of the Business World and the Work Industry World (DUDIKA).
The survey results will be a recommendation for the government to prepare superior human resources through the development of SKKNI which is oriented towards a competent, professional and competitive workforce so as to improve the best service for the people of Indonesia.
