Monday, Wednesday and Friday
09.00 to 13.00 WITA
with target:
- Priority for elderly and vulnerable groups (immunocompromise)
- Age above 18 years old
- Have carried out the complete vaccine (dose 1 and 2) with a gap of 3 months
- Booster for pregnant women
Requirements:
- Already have an E-Ticket Care for Protection
- Make a reservation for H-2 registration at the link: www.primamedika.com/vaccinationcovid19dosis3
- Bring a copy of the vaccine certificate (dose 1 & 2) by showing proof of registration link
- Requirements for pregnant women:
a. 14-33 weeks gestation
with the Pfizer vaccine type or
Moderna
b. Must bring control book
pregnancy
c. Already Vaccine Stage 1 & Stage 2
